NOTE - 1 : Please note that registration gives you the opportunity to participate to NFCFA2019 BUT does not guarantee a poster/ORAL presentation slot. If you want to participate as a presenter of Poster/Oral, you are requested to wait for approval mail from the organizer of your abstract for Poster/Oral.

NOTE - 2 : Registration fee for accompanying person is INR 2000. Entitlement: access to all sessions and conference lunch, snacks etc. NO registration kit.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

Organizers of NFCFA hope everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend; however, under extenuating circumstances the cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

1. Conference registration canceled by dropping e-mail request to nfcfa2019bitsgoa@gmail.com on or before December 10, 2019 is entitled for 50% of refund of the registration fee. However, such requests will be processed only after the conference gets over.

2. Registration cancellation request after December 10, 2019 will not be considered and the participant will not receive any refund as per the cancellation policy.
