Accommodation options for Delegates
Goa, being a very popular tourist destination, has several hotels starting from budget hotels to various luxury hotels which are located within 1 h travel distance from the Venue, BITS Pilani, K. K. Birla Goa Campus. The delegates of NFCFA2019 are requested to directly book their accommodation either by using online booking service (e.g. booking.com; goibibo) or by calling the hotel authorities. As hotel rates are high during December, the organizers have obtained special tariffs for the following close-by accommodation facilities (Hotels or Apartments) from the hotel authorities, which may be suitable for the participants of NFCFA2019. The tariffs are tabulated below. The participants are requested to directly contact with the hotel authorities and book accommodation by sharing the code “NFCFA2019” for the negotiated tariffs. The transport facility may be offered by the organizers from the below mentioned hotels only.

ACCOMMODATION FOR STUDENTS
For every registered student participant, standard accommodation in Boys’ and Girls’ hostel (single or double occupancy) may be considered max — three days (from 20/12/19 morning 11.00 AM to 23/12/19 afternoon 12 PM) upon request on chargeable basis. Charge is Rupees Three Hundred (Rs. 300/-) per night. The registered student participants are requested to fill up an accommodation form and send request via email to nfcfa2019bitsgoa@gmail.com (also mark a CC to mainak@goa.bits-pilani.ac.in) latest by 7th December, 2019. Requests for extension of stay will not be entertained.
The last date for receiving accommodation requests with payment is 07/12/2019. Please make your payment preferably by online transfer to payment portal or by NEFT in the following account.
