Paper Submissions Guidelines

Presenters are invited to submit the extended abstract (to specific Area) using Submit a Paper Menu bar via Conference Maker. Submissions must be original works that have not been accepted for publication/presentation, nor are under review anywhere else. Authors may submit multiple papers. Each paper should be submitted to one track only (Pls. refer Submission Portal webpage in the next section for further details).

Please upload the extended abstract, which should ideally be between 1,500 and 3,000 words (Excluding references) using the above-mentioned Platform (Conference Maker).

Please use the following guidelines to format your paper.

Ensure that your paper adheres to the following sequence of topics

1. Abstract (Ideally should be between 150 - 250 words)
2. Keywords (Authors are requested to list three to five keywords for their papers).
3. Main text of the paper (Research Gap and Research Problem, Objective of the Study,     Data & Methodology, Findings of the Study & Implications of the Study)
4. Figures and tables
5. References
6. Appendices (if required)

Note: As the main presenter, one can submit a maximum of 2 papers.
To facilitate the blind review process, remove ALL author-identifying information, in acknowledgments, from the uploaded document.
Incomplete submissions will not be sent out for review


    •     The entire extended abstract submission (title page in Title Case, abstract, main text,            figures, graphs, tables, references, etc.) must be in ONE document using one of the            following formats:
                • Portable Document Format (.pdf)
                • Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx)
    •     References should follow the American Psychological Association (APA) Style Guide.
    •     Use Times New Roman 12-point font, double-spaced, 1-inch (2.5 cm) margin all around,           and 8.5” × 11” page setting. References may be single-spaced.
    •     To facilitate the blind review process, remove ALL author-identifying information,            in acknowledgments, from the uploaded document.
    •     If there are coauthors other than you, then, you will be prompted to enter your coauthors           after completing Paper Submission Form using Submit a Paper from the menu bar via           Conference Maker.
