Paid Accommodation

Goa, being a very popular tourist destination, has several hotels starting from budget hotels to various luxury hotels which are located within 1 h travel distance from the Venue, BITS Pilani KK Birla Goa Campus. The delegates of IC-AIE-FA2022 are requested to directly book their accommodation either by using an online booking service (e.g., booking.com; goibibo) or by calling the hotel authorities. As hotel rates are high during December, the organizers have obtained special tariffs for the following close-by accommodation facilities (Hotels or Apartments) from the hotel authorities, which may be suitable for the participants of IC-AIE-FA2022. The tariffs are tabulated below. The participants are requested to directly contact with the hotel authorities and book accommodation by sharing the code “IC-AIE-FA2022” for the negotiated tariffs. The transport facility may be offered by the organizers from the below-mentioned hotels only.

The Hostel accommodation is open now for student participants. For availing of the hostel accommodation, the participants must fill out the google form by 15th November 2022. The payment charges will be communicated shortly.
