On behalf of the organizing committee, we cordially invite you to the 1st International Conference on Aggregation – Induced Emission: From Fundamental to Applications (IC-AIE-FA-2022), which will be held on December 16th – 18th, 2022 in the Department of Chemistry at BITS Pilani K K Birla Goa Campus.
Since the inception of the Aggregation–Induced Emission (AIE) concept in 2001, rapid growth and tremendous contribution to the multidisciplinary research fields have been witnessed with the continuous innovation and rapid development of chemistry, materials and medicine. Currently, more than 4000 research groups around the world, including our campuses, have contributed to the AIE research. To the best of our knowledge, there is no conference organized in INDIA to date. This conference aims to enhance the exchange of knowledge for the advancement of scientific activity in the AIE and its related research areas.
Your participation in the conference is essential to the success of the event. We eagerly await your participation.
Goal of the conference
The conference is aimed to cover the contemporary research of Aggregation-induced Emission in the broad areas and allied branches of science such as chemical biology, material science, environmental science, etc. so as to provide a common platform for the exchange of most recent discoveries and developments leading to strengthening the fundamentals and finding applications for the progress of the society.
The primary objective of the conference is to assemble young researchers of various sub-disciplines and interface at a single platform to exchange views and to take up challenging topics with an aim of practical applications for the benefit of mankind. During the conference, there will be Plenary/Keynote/Invited lectures of eminent scientists and also Oral presentations by young researchers. In addition, poster sessions will give ample opportunity to Research Scholars for the presentation of their recent results. Selected posters of Research Scholars will be chosen for Oral Presentation followed by Best Poster Award to recognize their achievements. Support for national travel for some young scientists will be considered.
