Goodbyes are not at the end
They simply mean we’ll miss you
Until we meet again!

These words were proved yet again in a glittering function held on 4th August at the BITS Auditorium at Pilani packed with a large number of members from BITS family consisting of the Vice Chancellor, Directors of all campuses of BITS, faculty, staff, students, alumni representatives, heads of local institutions, journalists and prominent citizens of Pilani who had gathered to bid adieu to Prof. L.K.Maheshwari who retired as the Vice Chancellor of BITS on 31st July 2010 after serving for four decades and to his beloved wife Mrs.Gayathri Maheshwari.
