The Administrative Organizations at BITS, Pilani - Goa Campus includes the Students Welfare Division and the Council for Student Affairs.

• Clubs/Committees/Student Bodies
A variety of clubs and societies are wholly managed by student committes and have in the past, contibuted much to the cultural life at the campus. There are also separate committees formed for Games and Sports, Movies and recreation.

The CSD is a registered body for the development and management of softwares required for the internal use of the Institute. Built on the lines of the CSD at BITS, Pilani - Pilani Campus, the CSD at Goa Campus aims at starting introductory courses in various aspects of software development. High - class technologies, unbeatable strategies, excellent team and superlative motivation are the ones which make CSD a winner!

• Other Bodies
Besides the organizations mentioned above, there also exist other organizations such as the BITS Annual Magazine Editorial Board and the English Department Magazine Board which are respectively responsible for bringing out the Annual Magazine and the English Department Magazine.
