The Library at BITS, Pilani - K. K. Birla Goa Campus is a gateway to knowledge resources. The Library complex comprises of a spacious building covering an area of 50000 square feet and is designed to provide several reading halls, an exhibition room, a digital library for convenient internet reference to journals and web resources, apart from a large area enmarked for book storage. The Library is equipped with the most modern furniture well-designed taking into consideration the future growth of the library collection and the needs of the users in the coming years. The present seating capacity is about 500-odd, which is likely to be expanded in near future. In addition to the regular reading section in the library, the complex has separate halls for general reading where students can bring in their own books and reference materials to study individually or in groups. The Library is provided with wireless network whereby user can access the internet using thier Laptops.

Beginning with a core collection of 1700 books transferred from Pilani Campus, the present library activity has focused on the central process of acquisition. At present, the Library has a collection of 26660 books and subscribes to over 110 Indian and 30 foreign periodicals. The collection of the library is growing continuously on an everyday basis. Other collections in the library include CDs, audio/video cassettes, EDD Notes, Distance Learning Program Division (Question Papers), Reports/Projects and old question papers of the institute exams.

The library is fully computerised and the catalogue of resources and books is available online from any place through the campus network. Status of issued books, due dates and reservation of books is done by the students through the network using the online Library Management System which gives them ease of operating right from their hostel rooms.
